Lettering

What products or service can you do besides paper based items?
I can do other forms such as custom mugs, glasses or anything you want to personalise. Any surface I can stick decals , paint, write on or engrave.

Do you have different lettering style to choose from?
Yes. I have various styles to choose but I specialized Copperplate Script, Spencerian Script and Modern Calligraphy. I can also do pre- made fonts and digital calligraphy upon request.

Materials

Do you provide surface material to personalise?
It depends. Anything I have on hand, then I can provide but extra charges will be applied. Some items are just services and not products.

What materials can you do?
I can do paper, glassware, acrylic, plastic, wood and metal. Process can either be vinyl decals, engrave or using paint if needed.

For custom orders, do you have a minimum amount of materials for me to order?
It depends on the item or project. Minimum of $35 set up fee will be applied to several item project.

Products and Services

Products and services are to be reviewed within 72 hours (4 days) of delivery . If within the 72 hours, requests for revisions will be considered.

Order confirmation, payment, refund and cancellations

Depending on project, either client pays full amount or client is required to pay 50% non refundable deposit upon ordering (especially if project is a custom piece). After confirmation has been processed, then the production of the project will begin. The remaining 50% balance payment needs to be paid before finishing the final products to the clients.

Other services

What other services do you offer?
I can do onsite calligraphy for events and charge by hourly rate. I also offer logo making and water colour / acrylic painting commissions.

Payment, Ordering and Shipping

How much is your rush fee?
Depending on the due date, additional 35 - 50% of total amount is the rush fee. Rush fee occurs on custom projects if the project turnover is less than 14-28 days depending on the project.

Do you charge per hourly rate on custom orders?
It depends. Some items have my hourly rate already on the price.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
No, because of the nature of calligraphy, I do not offer any discounts unless stated on my shop, contract agreement and coupon code offerings.

Is there a deposit fee?
On big orders and custom client orders , I do require 50% down payment upfront and 50% before shipping the product. If it's a finished product found on my shop, then you just need to pay full amount.

What payment method do you use?
I accept bank to bank, credit card, Square (in person) or Pay pal transfers.

Can I cancel my order after being placed?
You can cancel within 24 hours provided that I haven’t started anything.

Do you offer refunds?
50% deposit is non- refundable. Only if item is incorrectly shipped will I refund or exchange the product on hand. You need to message me asap for this.

Due to the scope of Calligraphy work by Script Hannah Designs, the business does not offer refunds, exchanges or returns of any kind. Proof of product descriptions, service quotations and product drafts need to be carefully reviewed several times if needed to ensure that errors or mistakes are avoided.

What is the estimated time to order and time frame?
At least one to two weeks ahead depending on what type of job you would like. Make sure you allow extra time for shipping or postage (at least 3-5 days)

Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do. I ship from Australia to other parts of the world.
